5. Educational Content Disclaimer

The language learning content on Verbly is provided for general educational purposes only. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all Dutch language explanations, grammar rules, and vocabulary, we cannot guarantee that all content is error-free or reflects every regional variety of Dutch.

Language learning outcomes vary by individual. Verbly does not guarantee any specific level of language proficiency as a result of using the Site. The CEFR level quiz is an informal assessment tool and should not be used as an official language certification.

6. Advertising

We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services offered by these third-party sites. Visiting any linked website is done at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verbly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or its content. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from the use of the Site exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).
